Process Overview
- User submits a refund request on-chain, providing merchant address, payment, and evidence
- Merchant reviews and can accept/deny
- If disputed, an arbiter makes the final decision
- Funds released to the appropriate party
All actions are transparent and immutable on-chain.
Fee Structure
Zero fees for merchants and clients.
Revenue is generated by lending escrow float in DeFi protocols. Yield is distributed to:
- Arbiters (majority share)
- Protocol development (~25% of yield)
